Appearance: Tall 6'4" male with long light blue hair and bright violet eyes. He wears a silver necklace with a well cut clear diamond hanging from his neck over his long sleeved white shirt with sleeves longer then his arms they are rolled up so he can still see his hands but if moving too much there is a chance they will unfold. His hokage robe is a bright red with leaf patterns at the bottom with a large wind pattern on the back going across but stops before it gets to the front. Like his shirt his pants are white but with gold rings around the bottom there are two. On rare occasion he will wear his villages jacket which is a varying shade in red and not worn to missions normally as it will cause the ninja's to stand out. Most of the time his shoes are a dusky brown tennis shoes with gold laces. | Zirconia is a fairly large Tiger but she is a white one with deep black stripes and bright blue eyes her paws have almost over sized claws causing her sometimes to not be able to withdraw them but that rarely happens.
Personality: His concern towards his village and anyone in it can often be seen but he will still send them out to missions even if he knows the consequences. On rare occasions he will take the day off hiding in the village to avoid the paperwork that comes with being the hokage often hanging out in the nearby woods with Zirconia. Even though he is the Hokage part of him wishes to trust almost anyone he runs into but he knows that there are evil ninja's out there so he only trusts those he has gotten to know for a while. | Zirconia is a ball full of energy often getting into trouble she is almost never serious unless someone gets hurt and even then she still will try and avoid fights but if it comes down to it she is very loyal to Diamond and his village. Even though she is a large cat she loves the water and will often be found napping by a river during midday in staid of in the sun. Even with her playful personality she doesn't get distracted easily and will stick to what she's doing until it's done and sometimes will have a one track mind meaning it's only good if you give her one task at a time.
History: Before the Dark Phoenix took his father's life he was more carefree but after he became more responsible even though it took many days to get used to it he eventually did and has ran the village for almost 1000 years the unsealing is coming soon he awaits the day when they are fully unsealed but knows that it may not be as good as it once seemed. He has been recently sending animals form the villagers out to explore as there is a small hole in the seal not big enough for a person to fit threw but for small to medium sized animals to and he has been sending notes out addressed to any ninja's who receive them to arrive outside the village within 6 months or sooner if the seal wanes more.
Abilities: Most of his jutsu are based on an increase in power to him or Zirconia. His most powerful jutsu when used would knock him into a coma for about a week once the battle is done due to that he never uses it unless there is a chance the entire village will be destroyed is done it is named Tiger release Diamond it has 3 stages it starts by increasing his speed slightly and his ears disappear and are replaced by diamond white colored cat ears they are mobile and move like ordinary ones. The second stage Zirconia's chakra merges with him and he grows a Diamond white colored tail and he can run on four legs faster then two but still looks human. The third is the most painful and often causes the user to die before release diamond grows over the skin and causes the person to almost fall over in pain soon after it takes the shape of a large tiger clear and transparent it takes many years to even control this form and not die from it. His speed is slower then normal but where ever he steps the ground or whatever is covered in a layer of multicolored diamond his strength is very high.
Tools/Weapons: Most small ninja weapons but nothing like senbon as he always pokes himself when using them he prefers kunai or shuriken nothing large though but his favorite is double ended kunai.
Weaknesses: Diamond can be very trusting to those around him sometimes meaning he could easily be betrayed in the end if he isn't cautious enough. Strong spicy smells can cause him to be distorted in direction and blur his vision until he can spend time in wind away from it. When battling in water his reaction timing can be slowed and if he falls in he can't swim as good as most ninja's can nothing that would be the death of him but he'd have trouble getting out of the water unless helped. | Zirconia is very afraid of thunder and will freeze if she hear even a slight noise of it most of the time Diamond will have to get her out of the trance by petting her between the ears once in a rare occasion she can get out but it will take her a while to. Being a animal also means that she has a slight fear of fire she hates being near anything that resembles it but if Diamond is there she will follow his orders.

Earth Assault Jutsu (Not accepted)

Usage: The user forms the snake hand sign then puts there hands to the ground sending chakra threw it
Abilities: It allows the partial manipulation of the ground can cause small tremors and rocks to come up from the ground at the target. It is for mostly use in offensive attacks as it lacks in defense but on rare occasion can be used to defend from potentially deadly attacks. For Diamond it does not have a limit but if used too much it will take 10 posts to be able to use again or it will cause too much strain on the earth.

Atsugai - Pressure Damage (Not accepted for Diamond's use Cannon Jutsu)

Usage: Diamond compresses the chakra in his body and shoots a blast of wind from his mouth
Abilities: It takes a quick reaction to dodge it from a close range and if used close it will cause slight damage to Diamond from the backlash but more to his opponent. From a medium range it is easier to dodge but it still take a good amount of speed to get clear from all of the attack. For long it's very easy to dodge but it gains slight more power with a longer range and will dissipate after 50m+ exploding with what energy it has left.

Kaiten Shuriken - Rotating Shuriken (Not approved for Diamond's use Cannon Jutsu)

Usage: Diamond summons 1-30 double ended kunai from a scroll he keeps in his pouch using his chakra he can embed it it in the wind and send the kunai threw it they have a hard time turning since he often puts too much chakra in the wind. This jutsu will be less powerful inside as he also has to make the wind more able.
Abilities: When used the double ended kunai spin in circles like shuriken gaining extra cutting power because of it. Each are individually controlled so their attacks can come from any angle.

Tsuchi Kairou - Earth Corridor (Not approved for Diamond's use Cannon Jutsu)

Usage: After forming chakra to his hands he slams his hands into the earth shattering it a bit
Abilities: Two sides of earth rise up next to the target and more continue to form until a long tunnel like structure has been made. This takes a while to get out but if hit at the right point the top can be broke threw Diamond can also summon this tunnel in front of his to block a hit but it only works for long range ones.

Kouka Jutsu - Hardening Jutsu (Not approved for Diamond's use Cannon Jutsu)

Usage: By condensing the chakra in his body he can attract the earth nearby and make a suit of rock out of it.
Abilities: His body is covered in rock with chakra running threw it his head is the only thing exposed and he is able to move by adding more chakra to it he can form weapons with extra rock a club or a sword. This armor lasts for 5 posts then the rock will fall off his body.

Wind Shield Jutsu (Not accepted)

Usage: Diamond sends chakra threw his palms hardening the air in front of him.
Abilities: It blocks frontal blows with an almost invisible shield enough force can shatter it and hits can go around it.

Zirconia's

Wind Burst Breath Jutsu (Not approved)

Type: Ninjutsu
Usage: This can be used as her tiger form but not as human, Zirconia takes a deep breath and concentrates chakra into bursts with each breath out weaken in power.
Abilities: It sends out rather large waves of wind if they make contact because of the chakra they will explode the force of the wind causes more damage then the actual explosion.

Type: Summoning scroll hidden in Diamond's necklace
Usage: Diamond throws his necklace to Zirconia all it has to do is touch her and it will make clear diamond colored armor it can easily be seen in the day. Unlike normal diamond this is able to move freely on the users skin so they can move while using it.
Appearance: It covers most of her body leaving spots open on the front legs and back legs and a ring around the neck all for mobility.
Abilities: The armor can change from wind to earth but only after 6 posts have gone by and if nothing is blocking it from. It provides
extra defense but slows down the wearer without proper training as it weighs a lot. When it is wind it provides some resistance to lightning attacks but is weak to fire and earth has some resistance to water but is weak to lightning. The armor has a current of chakra going threw it depending on it will have different resistances.

Usage: This Ninjutsu is only usable to those who have a very close bond and only the clans who currently reside among the village hidden in the past. It takes a very large amount of chakra and can not be used often because of it.
Abilities: For a short amount of time the user changes into their animal partner and if they are not used to it can become overwhelming but to those of high skill it doesn't bother them much and for their animal partner it changes them into a human. Without the proper knowledge of it's use and training the effects can become very bad. The transformation can only last 3 posts maximum to those with high skill.
