Appearance:His eyes without his bloodline active are a pitch black with small white pupils when active his pupils disappear and his eyes fill with moving lightning it moves around whenever he concentrates or faster when he becomes angry. He wears his hair down his bangs are spiked slightly which makes his red hair a little odd but most of the time you can't see it since he wears a red jacket with a hood covering most of his face in the dark but his eyes stand out. Unlike his jacket his pants are black he has a black pouch containing kunai's and or shuriken on his right side around his waist. The last of his things is a rather long pendant which is a gold chain and hanging from it is a lightning shaped bright yellow stone.
Personality: Most of the time he doesn't talk often just staring those he is talking to down but when he does talk he has a very soft voice almost like that of a child. He is very even tempered and usually doesn't act rash he prefers thinking about his actions before acting but in battle he doesn't do this unless there is time. Avoiding any time out in the rain he doesn't like to be wet either and will often avoid any encounters with those who can use water as a weapon.
History: With his eyes as they were he began avoiding eye contact at a young age as most of the villagers scorned him for it. Once he unlocked his ability he killed off his family and anyone who had something related to what he could do and once it was found out at the age of 20 he was banished even with him being in power close to that of a sage he was hunted for many years the search never ended but one day he heard a story from what looked like a green lizard with wings whom he had helped escape a village he told him about once belonged and that he had been around when he was young there was a incident that happened at the village where he once lived he ran away but before that he said there was a Dark Phoenix that was once attacking the village but he couldn't remember much about it. That was all that Shimayto needed to hear and he worked in improving himself so he could move silently and he improved his bloodline so that he almost never had to release it. Soon after when he was 26 he formed Toukeru and his goal was hidden to most but will soon be found out.
Abilities: Denkou Metsuki meaning Lightning eyes he is able to make lightning appear out of anything he gazes at almost all of his jutsu involve lightning but he does have a few other hidden up his sleeves.
Tools/Weapons: Kunai or shuriken nothing big or heavy as he often needs to be able to leave an area quickly.
Weaknesses:Water due to the fact if he used his jutsu while standing in it he can only see in black and white due to his bloodline taking his ability to see in color.

Summoning Jutsu Quetzalcoatl ~ Summons a medium sized serpent it's skills are flight, able to breathe some fire but not as good as Dragon's and able to spit venom that is a slight paralysis he is used more for transportation rather then fighting but does have a good sense of smell so can be used for tracking. Weaknesses large amounts of wind, lightning and being knocked out of the sky as he will have trouble getting back up or into the air.Appearance is below as a picture click for full view

Usage: After the jutsu is activated simply by wanting it their eyes have lightning running threw them
Abilities: He is able to make lightning appear out of almost anything he looks at.

Type: Doujutsu
Usage: By looking to the ground he can send a pulse of lightning threw it Denkou Metsuki - Lightning Eyes must be active
Abilities: Using his eyes jutsu he can send some lightning threw the ground killing any plants it passes threw this is used to find a hidden opponent or to scout as he can see threw the lightning as it travels controlling it's path when it meets a human or animal the jutsu ends by shocking the creature or person slightly.

Type: Doujutsu
Usage: While looking at his opponent he can send a slight shock threw their body
Abilities: This only causes a little bit of pain but can stop low ranking ninja's (D to C rank) in their tracks takes very little chakra to use

Lightning Shock Rank 2 (Not approved)
Rank: B
Type: Doujutsu
Usage: While looking at his opponent he can send a medium shock threw their body
Abilities: This one is more powerful but still not enough to stop anyone above rank B anyone at rank D if hit will be paralyzed for one post this takes a small to normal amount of chakra to use

Lightning Shock Rank 3 (Not approved)
Rank: A
Type: Doujutsu
Usage: While looking at his opponent he can send a large shock threw their body
Abilities: The second most powerful of the series it is very strong and capable of stopping most ninja in their tracks anyone lower then A rank will be paralyzed for one to two posts depending on their rank and power this takes a rather moderate amount of chakra to use.

Lightning Shock Rank 4 (Not approved)

Type: Doujutsu
Usage: While looking at his opponent he sends an immense amount lightning threw their body
Abilities: This is the most powerful in the series but also using the most chakra Shimayto can only use this 3 times in battle anyone lower then A rank this will done quite a bit of damage to their nerve system causing paralysis for 2 to 3 posts and a slight numbness after but of used withing close range of Shimayto this will also have a slight backlash making him go slightly numb

Type: Doujutsu
Usage: By looking at the ground he can send lightning threw the ground the closer it is to where he looks the more powerful
Abilities: If the ground is touched by a ninja depending on where they stepped they can receive a slight to large shock the ground is active for 3 posts unless it is raining Shimayto is not affected by this the farther away from the starting spot it is the less effective it is.

Lightning Shield (Not approved)

Type: Doujutsu
Usage: By looking in front of him he can summon a small to large wall of lightning it is easily visible
Abilities: It blocks taijutsu by giving a small to large shock depending on the amount of chakra used it also can block low to high ninjutsu but wind easily dissipates it this shield only lasts 2 posts.
