Personality:Tends to act immature with sister, Around others shows little emotion that will show him as weak. he also loves to test his abilitys and fight who ever comes across him.Will not kill unless nessasary or if anyone messes wit sister or insults his own skills.Once he kills one person it is hard to stop his blood lust for more.

History: He was born in the village hidden in the leaves to the Uchiha clan. He lived happy with his clan until the day when most of his clan was killed by Itachi. Kei and Himself were left to live on thier own. Taking care of his sister wasn't easy on him, but he had to stay strong in order to bring what was left of his clan back.Growing up disgusted by the village he was forced to live in, he trained non stop helped him to became a skilled chunin by age 12, he was the strongest of all the kids his age. Determined to revive his clan and make thier lives easier he trianed non-stop allways wanting to be more powerfull.
At the age of 15 already a jounin,he realized that this village wasnt good enough to make him a strong shinobi, He decided to leave the village and search for greater skills and power, in the process of leaving he was confronted by many ANBU who tried to restrain him from leaving the village,but were all slaughtered for getting in his way.At the gates of the village he ran into his best friend who planned on stopping him,Even though he didnt want to, he forced hakashin to kill him,that act activated his Mangekyō Sharingan. This act of betray placed Hakashin in the bingo book and marked at a triator.
During his time away he spent it learning new and powerful attacks, after about a year of searching he decided to go back to see his sister and bring her with him,not wanting to have her live in such a weak village. That night he went to see his sister he is shocked to realize how she thought he had died,then tries to convince her to come with him, she was hesitant until a patrolling ANBU spoted him and came to attack when his gaurd was down. After kei jumped in the way and killed the ninja, she had no choice but to go with her brother from that point on. As they traveled, they would begin to become close againand realize some unique abilities they would share, such as telepathy.from then on they went from village to village discovering new abilities and styles of fighting planing for the future battles they will face.

Abilities: Kekkei Genkai - Sharingan and Mangekyō Sharingan
Amaterasu, Shadow Clone Technique, Crow Clone Technique,Water clone, Demonic Illusion: Burning Paper Body, Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change, Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes, Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique,Tsukuyomi,Water whips,water restrains,Great Water Wave,Water Prison,Water Dragon,Hidden Mist jutsu,and water bullet, I can also use a unique Abliity called Hydration Technique which liquefys the whole body at will, this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks.(last in intervals of 5 post. leaving a 3 post interval.this time of vulnurability before he can use it again)

There is a number of things here that need to be explained or changed. First off, the Mangekyo Sharingan; it requires that you kill your closest friend and feel the pain of such a loss. You include nothing about this in the history. The next issue is really my fault; as I have failed to say this. This is a stand alone rp; it has nothing to do with the Naruto anime/manga other than it being they are both set in the same setting. The Akatsuki does not exist here,nor do any other cannon characters, other than the clans themselves. We are currently working on a plot. I personally have no problem if you wish to have your character as one of the villains, but this is not entirely up to me as the plot idea isn't my own. Although there are instances in the Naruto storyline where someone, such as Itachi, reaches a very high position at a very young age, he could do with being a little older. We also require that each character include at least one weakness, preferably two, as everyone has one. It is possible to be S-rank at that age, but its extremely unlikely and since we're on an rp I feel it needs to change. Lastly, the Hydration Technique needs some sort of time limitation.
