Personality: Is a little short tempered and is very protective of his friends. Is usually a care-free person and likes to have fun more than do his responsibilities. He is a very outgoing person and also very battle oriented. He likes to spar and hone his technices and jutsu in his spare time. He like Shikamaru has an IQ of about 200 and is able to plan ahead and analyze the enemy during battle. He doesn't act very intellegent so people who don't know him think he is complete moron.

History:When he was starting out in the academy his family introduced him to the wonder of throwing knives. He picked them up and immediately took a liking to them. All through out the academy he would play with the knives and get them taken away. When he finished the academy took on many high ranked solo missions and was rightly promoted to chunin. Then a few years later there was an Coup concerning the Hokage's advisor and Tsume stopped and dismantled the coup along with the help of a few other ninja. Those involed in stoping that coup were promoted regardless of there rank.

Abilities: Has many advanced jutsu and many that involve the use of his knives. Also uses many wind and lightning justu. Has a very major weakness to fire jutsu and techs.
Tools/Weapons: (You are allowed to develop your own tools and weapons, but please describe them accurately.) with near invisible wire attached to them. Wire comes in different types.
Razor: a very sharp cutting wire
Incenerary: a highly flammable wire like a quick fuse.
High tensity: a very strong wire able to hold up to 300 lbs
Poison: a razor wire soaked in a body numbing toxin.

These knives are just regular Hung Ga Butterfly Knives that have a body numbing poison hidden in the hilt that gets secreted through the blade.
