Appearance: Hisayo has shoulder-length silvery blonde hair and slightly tanned skin. Her eyes are a blue-gray and often wide with curiousity. Hisayo wears a dark green tanktop and black cargos. Around her neck she wears a chain which holds her hourglass, Clessidra. She is very thin and fragile looking so no one suspects that she is a shinobi, let alone a jounin.

Personality: Hisayo is very absent-minded and has difficulties concentrating on the subject at hand. Most consider her very odd since she confuses reality and fantasy a majority of the time and asks a lot of odd questions. She is very intelligent but is also likes to dream a lot. She doesn't have too many friends because of her odd ways but is content with her lot in life. Hisayo loves to dance, read, write and draw. She gets confused easily and often doesn't understand jokes that are made.

History: Hisayo was born and raised in the Village Hidden in the Sand. She was raised by her grandparents since her parents were killed on a mission. When she was younger, she wanted to be a healer but she suddenly changed her mind and started training to become a shinobi. This worried her grandparents at first but once they realized her dream-like ways didn't get in the way of her training, they worried less.

Abilities: Hisayo has a kekkei genkei which allows her to put an opponent in a trance which she controls the time of. Once she has placed her opponent in the trance, she can make it seem like time has slowed, sped up, or even stopped. Hisayo creates the trance by turning her opponent's attention to an hourglass(with chakra laced sand) she keeps on a chain around her neck. She turns the hourglass over and over in her hand, putting the opponent in a hypnotic like trance. While the opponent is under the trance, they are very confused because at first they don't realize they are under the trance. They continue feeling disoriented with the timing of attacks and jutsus, sensing that the speed is off. If Hisayo is speeding up time, then it seems like everything is going at double speed. If Hisayo stops the time in the trance, then it will seem to them that they can't move. The kekkei genkei requires all of her concentration and is considered to be an A-rank technique. Hisayo is also able to summon two coyote pups named Kaliska and Shiriki, who love chasing everything that moves.

Tools/Weapons: Clessidra, the hourglass that controls her kekkei genkei, created by her grandmother. Kunai. Shuriken. Scrolls that summon her familiars.

Weaknesses: Is weak against the element of lightning and lightning-based jutsus. Hisayo has a hard time focusing which hinders her ability to use her kekkei genkei for long periods of time. She has a hard time distinguishing between reality and fantasy at times.
