Appearance: She has long, silky blonde hair and beautiful blueish-green eyes. She is tall and slender, but is not weak by any means. She has a small, soft nose and a beautiful complexion. Her skin is slightly paler than her sister’s skin. Hikari is pretty flexible when it comes to clothing, but she does seem to prefer darker colors. Kiyoko and Hikari are almost 100% identical twins with one or two slight differences.

Personality: Hikari is just as devious as her sister. She shares many traits with her sister such as being slightly crazy and her personality can be overwhelming. She is a little more sneaky and secretive, but that helps her get away with things and help her sister get away with things. She isn’t as much of a flirt, preferring to play “hard-to-get”. Hikari likes to fool people into thinking that she is Kiyoko. Mainly, she jest likes to have fun. Hikari is a little more tolerant of others than Kiyoko, but will side with her sister on almost anything. She is clumsy but, on occasion, can be graceful, even if it is very rare that she is.

History: Hikari and her twin, Kiyoko, were both born and raised in the Village Hidden in the Clouds. The two were mostly raised together and even placed into the same three-person team. They get along with each other brilliantly and have a reputation to be devious. Through their silly pranks, they have built up a reputation to be mischievous and most consider them to be a handful.

Abilities: Her sister’s abilities and Hikari’s coincide. Hikari’s lightning jutsus can be applied to and metal ‘person’ that Kiyoko makes to speed them up or magnetize them. Besides that, she has normal lightning abilities and works well with her sister.

Jutsus:

Hyperactive Jutsu – allows Hikari to use her lightning abilities to speed up her sister’s kunai-men.

Electrical Resistance Skill – allows lightning and electrical currents to run across Hikari’s body without her getting shocked.

Lightning Release: Shadow Clone – creates a shadow clone infused with lightning. When injured, it goes back to its’ lightning form and electrocutes whatever it is touching at the same time.

(To-Be-Learned) Lightning Release: Armor – electrically stimulates her nervous system to make her faster and stronger and speed up her reflexes.


Weaknesses: She personally has problems with breaking through genjutsu. Her jutsus are weak against wind jutsu.
