Appearance: The strangest thing about K is his metallic prosthetic hands, though they work normally they look more like that of a steel puppet’s than a persons and cause him to stand out considerably. Other than his hands K is almost strikingly average looking, of average high and fitting weight built like most ninja neither bulky nor lanky with an even skin complexion, brown eyes and matching brown hair. K’s auburn brown, strait and fine hair is actually much longer than it looks held in a sort of top knot like style held in with two wooden hair clamps longer at the sides and short at the bangs. Another interesting thing about K are his sunglasses, a rather uncommon accessory among ninja with almost goggle like lenses usually worn on his forehead. K wears a pair of orange and red robes with a cloud like design on them tucked in to a pair of very common standard issue black shinobi pants, his knees down to his feet are incased in a bulky looking armor wrapped in bandages to obscure it. K usually carries a Shamisen on his back and wears his headband along each shoulder crossing and tied behind his back so that the cloud village symbol is over his right shoulder sideways with a purple cloth instead of a blue one.
Personality: K is a fairly laid back, artistic person to begin with, tending to adjust well to shocking events and threats with very little real worry though perhaps this was learned from his years as a shinobi, he tends to approach life with a subtle understanding confidence. K’s first and foremost devotion is to his own brand of unique music played on a Shamisen though being a ninja is a job to him he takes this very seriously and does his best to act polite and professional when on duty and is a heavy believer in being prepared. Inwardly K is a calm and friendly sort of person when dealing with most sorts of people though he seems to dislike hotheaded individuals and unprofessional types. K is a well rounded, down to earth person with a very strong sense of loyalty and justice.
History:
Early life: Contrary to popular opinion not all ninjas chose their occupation, some are merely born in to the life of a shinobi regardless of what they want to do, this was K’s luck. From an early age K was a very creative person fond of drawing and even taking to his instrument at the early age of six, though his lot in life had already been chosen. It was made very clear to K that he was to be a ninja, a powerful assassin for the cloud village and the land of lightning’s central power. Though one would assume that this news would crush K he truly believed that he could pursue his art and music as a hobby while providing for his village as a ninja when on duty and in this way K progressed though his early training with out complaint. He was trained in the basics of chakra and physical performance as early as most ninja and grew up believing it was normal to do so. Perhaps he didn’t fully grasp what it was ninjas did as he entered the academy.
Academy: Though K was not a poor student of the shinobi academy nor did he excel, rather he was a middle of the road student who mastered the basics of the lightning release easily but showed little interest in pursuing it beyond a passing grade. His talent and his calm attitude gained him many friends and the support of some of his sensei admiring his ability to adjust to the rigorous training and lack of complaining. K graduated the academy by demonstrating the ability to manipulate wire tied to his fingers in addition to some lower rank ration jutsu and became a legitimate cloud ninja with two close friends as a team mate and a stern but friendly jonin sensei, a retired Kinkaku Force medic nin.
Genin missions: As a Genin most of his missions were very simple and almost insultingly basic but K enjoyed their simplistic even as his team mates longed for greater challenges he was content with the lower ranking missions as they could allow him to finish early and get back to his music though this caused him to develop a reputation for being “lazy” and a “day dreamer” he took it in stride as his team mates grew stronger and closer as a unit under the watchful eye of their sensei.
Loss of his hands and rehabilitation: During his later years as a Genin his team, now very confidant were assigned a C rank mission, the delivery of valuable information to a secretive source. Though they did not know it at the time the information was vital to the existence of a higher ranking criminal organization and so unknowingly the team became the target of Chunin and Jonin level ninja. Though they fought bravely to complete their mission the entire three man cell was affected by chakra poisoning and damaged to severally to fight. With their mission failed their sensei was able to save all of their lives but was as a result unable to save K’s hands which had been destroyed by a powerful offensive jutsu. When K awoke in his hospital bed and saw what had become of him he was almost instantly thrown in to a violent, almost suicidal depression, with no hands he would never draw or play his music again, and worse more he would be of no use to anyone. He was unable to cope when his sensei gave him a ray of hope, two metal prosthetic hands. At first moving them with chakra was almost impossible but simple tasks were made possible once again. Slowly but surely over the course of two years K began to master his new hands till he was able to actually play his music once more, however with his metal fingertips against the strings the sound was much lower and deeper, it was unlike any music he had ever known but he welcomed it, it seemed fitting like an outward manifestation of the feelings he’d been keeping inside him for those two years, like this he was able to channel all his feelings of helplessness, anger and loss in to his new music and it became a powerful healing tool for him. Soon he felt that he was ready to resume training and make use of his new hands once again, though he had lost his hands in many ways he had found himself and become as he was as a child, accepting and calm with a scene sense of purpose.
Chunin exams and missions: Though he’d had to take two years off for his rehabilitation from that bloody battle long ago K passed the chunin exams with ease, was it his newfound wire mechanism with his prosodic hands? Was it the fact that he had strengthened his legs to fight and compensate for his hands? Was it how one technique flew seamlessly to the next? His tactics? His talent? No, it was the stunning recovery he had made, to loose everything and return stronger than before with the same will to fight, that is what won over every single judge, what made them remember what it was to be a ninja and recall their own nindos. Already K was being scouted for an elite group though he had yet to know it.
K’s missions as a chunin were on his own for the most part as his team mates were nearly jonin by then. Though he kept in touch with them and his sensei he completed most of his tasks in solitude and became somewhat lonely all the while improving his skills. K had not forgotten the loss of his hands either, he researched the criminal organization that had wronged him and found that their influence had spread, the people who had harmed him were now harming many other, innocent people as well and K volunteered to be on the team that would challenge them.
Jonin qualification and joining the Kinkaku Force: Though K did not know it the battle against the criminal organization was also being used as a test, cloud nin were planted in the team to evaluate the lower ranking members for combat skill, leadership, crisis management, teamwork and other such categories to select a few of them to join the cloud villages special forces squad called the Kinkaku Force, legendary since the first shinobi world war. During the battle K demonstrated all of those qualities and more, his electrical clairvoyance jutsu saw through an ambush, his metal hands were able to draw in their weapons and his lightning jutsu allowed the team to lay waste to the organization’s base all the wile showing his amazing ability to handle pressure, afterward K was promoted to jonin and approached by his sensei with a proposition; an invitation to join the elite ranks of the Kinkaku Force.
Time in the Kinkaku Force to current: K wasn’t sure what to make of the offer to join at first, but realizing that being a ninja was now a very large part of his life, and out of admiration for his sensei who had saved his life and restored his confidence in himself K accepted her invitation to join. Though the early missions were grueling and the training was tougher than he was use to K took well to the rougher life of the force, he had missed being part of a team and once again found himself among friends often entertaining them with a song after a day of training. Doing rather well for himself K was able to survive in a group of S ranked ninja for three years, and much in the way all ninja live K was promoted as his superiors died and retired till he one day found himself the leader of the squad, though he accepted the role he had found that Kinkaku was lacking members and sought out to find ninja he could win over for it acting as a personal guard to the raikage.

K has no bloodline limit or any inborn chakra advantages apart from a natural affinity for electric jutsu, however he is talented in both Ninjutsu (chakra element release) Taijutsu (unarmed fighting techniques) and Kenjutsu (weapons fighting techniques) able to coordinate different schools of techniques very well and has a particularly sharp battle sense able to come up with complex strategies at a moments notice despite having no inborn talent and having a clear disadvantage from his lost hands. K has full control over his prosthetics able to even play his instrument with them, which he does with exceptional talent.

Name: K’s prosthetic metal hands
Appearance: a pair of well crafted metallic hands almost resembling a “puppet” like structure with more developed, human like features and joints, these hands fix to the wrists. The wrists of these contain very large spools of wire with in the casings and affix to the arm by a series of straps.
Special Abilities: Using raiton chakra the user is able to move and feel touch with these hands as if they were totally real. In addition to being acceptingly damage resistant the metal is very receptive to the users chakra and naturally enforced by it, the fingers have been modified to thread the wire from the spools out though the finger tips for movement and justu reasons
Origin: Created for K after the tragic loss of his hands by cloud village medical ninja, though he could no longer make music as he once did the metal fingertips produced a new sound against his instrument’s strings and gave birth to a new kind of sound.
Name: Wires, Brass Wires and Razor wires
Special Abilities: The wire is very receptive to the users chakra as a natural conductor working emptily well with raiton chakra and jutsus, the razor wire can cut much more easily and is quite simply more weaponized, the brass wire serves a special purpose as brass is one of the few metals that makes a good conductor with out being magnetic allowing the users to effectively stand up against users of magnetic jutsu while still using their primary weapon.
Origin: Wires have always been a common tool for ninja, usually used to fix tags to kunai or as an element in traps, some ninja learn to incorporate wires in to some jutsu and it was for these ninja that brass and razor wires were made.
Name: Thundercloud smoke bombs
Appearance: Smaller light blue balls with yellow rings down the center and red dots on either side.
Special Abilities: Like an ordinary smoke bomb this tool explodes in to a dense fog like smokescreen obscuring visibility, however these particular smoke bombs have been formulated to generate a mist which is highly conductive and receptive to electricity, as if a storm cloud had been called from the sky down to the battlefield making lightning jutsu much more effective.
Origin: Invented by cloud ninja who had become frustrated with raiton’s need for a conductor to pass through in order to create an effective tool and trap for opponents
Name: Weighted offensive leg armor
Appearance: Typically wrapped in bandages these bulky looking devices include heavy metallic boots with a rounded shape and treads under the shoes for extra traction, an oversized armored shin guard and a pair of heavy steel kneepads, these are acceptingly heavy and contain a variety of hidden mechanisms which can be released with simple elementary chakra control
Special Abilities: A disadvantage to these armored pieces is that they weigh over four hundred pounds, but their weight is compensated for in durability being able to simply “kick away” attacks with greater force and block metal weapons easily. In addition to their added weight and durability the armor has a verity of useful hidden features, the soles of the feet can deploy a series of metal spikes to increase traction and damage, the toes possess retractable blades to add cutting to kicks, the shin guards deploy similar spikes and the knee plates possess identical hidden blades.
Origin: Weights on ones legs are not a novel concept in taijutsu but eventually the notion that weighted armored plaiting could be used in place of simplistic weighted wrappings allowing them to act as more than just a handicap leading to this current all metal design.
Name: Lightning rod kunai
Appearance: At fist glance these kunai are only abnormal in their yellow handle wrappings and cubic back ends as posed to rings but in reality these are a complex pre-prepared weapon loaded with a very small seal and raiton chakra.
Special Abilities: After these kunai hit something the back ends actually open discharge a few sparks of electricity, this is not to attack but rather to direct any stray currents of lightning to the kunai and by extension the target near by
Origin: Often times Lightning can not be redirected once called out by a raiton user, and some lightning techniques are particularly hard to aim at smaller targets, for this purpose the lightning rod kunai was made allowing raiton users a newfound level of flexibility in combat.
Name: Shamisen
Appearance: a very common and totally ordinary traditional japanease three string interment with a round base and triangular head, this could be used for sound jutsu but it has not been reinforced enough for any real practical use
Special Abilities: None, it’s a normal Shamisen
Origin: A common string instrument preferred for its portability and (ordinarily) traditional sound, though K plays it quite differently with his metallic hands

Appearance: The emblem for the Kinkaku Force over the heart in black
Special abilities: the seal is not a curse seal or a summoning tattoo but rather a very simple fuuninjutsu (seal technique) that administers a shock to the heart if it stops beating to restart it just once, allowing the ninja to go on living if they are taken out in battle, a revived user can not fight right away but will be able to survive afterward if they are not poisoned or damaged to severally and still possess enough blood in their system, if given enough recovery time they may actually be able to resume fighting, one use only!
Origin: Created by the elite cloud village squad to allow their members to identify each other later adapted in to a very formidable seal that gave the Kinkaku Force the reputation of being nearly invincible

Description: a technique typically taught to academy students in the cloud village in which the user has exposed themselves to electricity gradually and over long periods of time to eventually gain a resistance to electric shocks by gathering chakra to the shocked area, this is a necessary precaution to avoid being electrocuted by their own jutsu and the resistance gets better with training as the ninja moves up in ranks

Description: by striking an opponents body with bare hands or a metal conductor the user is able to deliver a powerful electric shock which, while not being particularly damaging (though painful) causes every muscle in the victims body to tense up preventing them from moving and dulls their senses by stunning them, the victim will remain paralyzed for a time after the blow (three posts) and stunned for a time after (an additional post) one of the things that makes this technique popular is that chakra is not expended unless the shock is transferred

Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

Description: The user creates a condensed body of lightning the shape of a kunai in their hands, this can be used as an ordinary kunai but carries a stronger electric property than an electrified kunai would and can be made to explode in to a surge of electricity if desired, despite being ‘solid” the kunai are made of electricity and can pass through metal defenses and bodies of water with out any loss of momentum and tend to electrify any conductors they touch

Description: A very powerful offensive lightning jutsu in which five raiton chakra charged kunai are driven in to the ground in the shape of an equilateral pentagon around the target, small electrical currents run between the concoctor kunai and up out of the ends of their handles to culminate above the targets head inclosing the area in a visible electrical field, if the user tries to break the currents or the electric fields walls they are shocked and forced back in, what makes this technique different than the lightning prison technique is what follows, by discharging an additional bolt of lightning in to one of the conductors the user is able to create a concentrated explosion of electrical energy inside the enclosed space, this focuses inward and can be lethal but is usually used to counter very powerful defensive jutsu or contain very powerful attacks, it is considered only B rank because of the time and precision required to set the technique up making using it in a one on one fight nearly impossible as opponents would catch on very easily if they were watching the user, typically this technique is arranged before hand.

Description: gathering up chakra in to their hand the user makes a solid needle shaped projectile of condensed electrical energy that is thrown at immensely fast speeds, the needle is so fast that it can really only be clearly seen from the side and its “solid” enough to act like a normal needle but is able to pass through solid metal and stabs in to a victim with out breaking the skin, the needle itself shocks that area disabling the limb or part of the body struck for three posts and is exceedingly difficult to doge especially if a second is thrown right after. If the user strikes a chakra point with said needle the chakra flow is also cut off for one post but this is almost impossible for a user whom does not have doujutsu.

Description: An offensive technique not commonly associated with ninjutsu users that is exceedingly complex and difficult to use, the user converts their chakra in to electricity and strikes the opponent (usually on the back of the neck though anywhere on the head or neck is possible, the strike and electricity are both harmless but the user has disrupted the signals sent to the brain that control the nervous system for movement, rather than being paralyzed the victim’s motor skills have been “rewired” so that the synapses for various movements are rearranged, if the victim were to try and move their arm a different body part might move in the way they had wanted their arm to move, effectively disabling the victim for a set time, the technique itself does not selectively chose which moments and body parts are switched out but merely shuffles them at random and requires immense precision to use as one of the most difficult lightning release. Description: a powerful defensive technique in which the user creates a dense layer of raw electricity around their bodies as a defense and for use in taijutsu making unarmed blows particularly devastating, the lightning around the body can negate or at the very least reduce damage from oncoming attacks as well as sock attackers that get to close, the lightning armor also works to increase the users speed and reflexes by “jump starting” their nervous system allowing the user an increase in speed that they can easily handle making it a preferable technique to use. The lightning armor can also be “switched on and off” very simply and requires little preparation. The difficulty is in maintaining a balance in the current and keeping the lightning from dispersing as it naturally would, unlike other techniques that expend a large amount of chakra the lightning armor must be maintained through out its use rather than simply used once and can not last longer than ten posts at a time using more chakara with each post, for re-use to be practical its best to use this jutsu for one to two posts at a time.

Description: This style centers entirely on the legs, the hands are only used to grab on to things for leverage or for handstands, the style focuses on training the power, flexibility, and agility of the legs as weapons and is usually coupled with heavy metallic boots and armor on the legs feet and knees
Power: The power of the kicks is considered the strongest out of all of the cloud villages kicks able to splinter thick bodies of wood and break large stones easily, this power would normally damage the joints or ligaments of the legs meaning that extensive training with those areas must have occurred to be able to use the armored weights in conjunction with the kicks. In rare cases it has even been said that the user can leave footprints on a steel plate. The standard for A rank is being able to hold and balance a one hundred and eight pound weight on each leg one leg at a time with the weighted armor on for thirty minutes.
Speed: The users own running speed is beyond admirable as they seem able to run and kick at speeds faster than even a trained eye can follow very easily giving the cloud ninjas reputation as “deadly flashes” some credit almost able to mimic the body flicker technique with the power of their legs, minimizing the number of steps to the untrained eye but really kicking the ground many times at instantaneously to travel at higher speeds as if they can keep up with lightning itself.
Flexibility: The users legs can be like noodles at when they need them to be doing full splits is absolutely no problem to a user of this style, even able to “wind up” kicks like some taijutsu users can wind up a punch and effectively use their legs in whip like movements with precision and speed even making that infamous cracking noise
Vertical leap: Though ninjas are already known for their jumping users of this style has surpassed the average ninja by far, able to clear the height of a tree that most ninja would jump to the branches of and jump longer distances than most clearing with one jump what it might take others six or seven, the user is able to kick about fourteen times before hitting the ground with a weighted jump
Weights: at A rank the armored weights are four hundred pounds total with the user able to fight and run with out any strain, once these are removed the user is able to increase their abilities ten fold becoming a blur of insanely destructive kicks, often victims are struck before they realize what has happened.

Name: K’s prosthetic metal hands
Appearance: a pair of well crafted metallic hands almost resembling a “puppet” like structure with more developed, human like features and joints, these hands fix to the wrists. The wrists of these contain very large spools of wire with in the casings and affix to the arm by a series of straps.
Special Abilities: Using raiton chakra the user is able to move and feel touch with these hands as if they were totally real. In addition to being acceptingly damage resistant the metal is very receptive to the users chakra and naturally enforced by it, the fingers have been modified to thread the wire from the spools out though the finger tips for movement and justu reasons
Origin: Created for K after the tragic loss of his hands by cloud village medical ninja, though he could no longer make music as he once did the metal fingertips produced a new sound against his instrument’s strings and gave birth to a new kind of sound.
Name: Wires, Brass Wires and Razor wires
Special Abilities: The wire is very receptive to the users chakra as a natural conductor working emptily well with raiton chakra and jutsus, the razor wire can cut much more easily and is quite simply more weaponized, the brass wire serves a special purpose as brass is one of the few metals that makes a good conductor with out being magnetic allowing the users to effectively stand up against users of magnetic jutsu while still using their primary weapon.
Origin: Wires have always been a common tool for ninja, usually used to fix tags to kunai or as an element in traps, some ninja learn to incorporate wires in to some jutsu and it was for these ninja that brass and razor wires were made.
Name: Thundercloud smoke bombs
Appearance: Smaller light blue balls with yellow rings down the center and red dots on either side.
Special Abilities: Like an ordinary smoke bomb this tool explodes in to a dense fog like smokescreen obscuring visibility, however these particular smoke bombs have been formulated to generate a mist which is highly conductive and receptive to electricity, as if a storm cloud had been called from the sky down to the battlefield making lightning jutsu much more effective.
Origin: Invented by cloud ninja who had become frustrated with raiton’s need for a conductor to pass through in order to create an effective tool and trap for opponents
Name: Weighted offensive leg armor
Appearance: Typically wrapped in bandages these bulky looking devices include heavy metallic boots with a rounded shape and treads under the shoes for extra traction, an oversized armored shin guard and a pair of heavy steel kneepads, these are acceptingly heavy and contain a variety of hidden mechanisms which can be released with simple elementary chakra control
Special Abilities: A disadvantage to these armored pieces is that they weigh over four hundred pounds, but their weight is compensated for in durability being able to simply “kick away” attacks with greater force and block metal weapons easily. In addition to their added weight and durability the armor has a verity of useful hidden features, the soles of the feet can deploy a series of metal spikes to increase traction and damage, the toes possess retractable blades to add cutting to kicks, the shin guards deploy similar spikes and the knee plates possess identical hidden blades.
Origin: Weights on ones legs are not a novel concept in taijutsu but eventually the notion that weighted armored plaiting could be used in place of simplistic weighted wrappings allowing them to act as more than just a handicap leading to this current all metal design.
Name: Lightning rod kunai
Appearance: At fist glance these kunai are only abnormal in their yellow handle wrappings and cubic back ends as posed to rings but in reality these are a complex pre-prepared weapon loaded with a very small seal and raiton chakra.
Special Abilities: After these kunai hit something the back ends actually open discharge a few sparks of electricity, this is not to attack but rather to direct any stray currents of lightning to the kunai and by extension the target near by
Origin: Often times Lightning can not be redirected once called out by a raiton user, and some lightning techniques are particularly hard to aim at smaller targets, for this purpose the lightning rod kunai was made allowing raiton users a newfound level of flexibility in combat.
Name: Shamisen
Appearance: a very common and totally ordinary traditional japanease three string interment with a round base and triangular head, this could be used for sound jutsu but it has not been reinforced enough for any real practical use
Special Abilities: None, it’s a normal Shamisen
Origin: A common string instrument preferred for its portability and (ordinarily) traditional sound, though K plays it quite differently with his metallic hands

Appearance: The emblem for the Kinkaku Force over the heart in black
Special abilities: the seal is not a curse seal or a summoning tattoo but rather a very simple fuuninjutsu (seal technique) that administers a shock to the heart if it stops beating to restart it just once, allowing the ninja to go on living if they are taken out in battle, a revived user can not fight right away but will be able to survive afterward if they are not poisoned or damaged to severally and still possess enough blood in their system, if given enough recovery time they may actually be able to resume fighting, one use only!
Origin: Created by the elite cloud village squad to allow their members to identify each other later adapted in to a very formidable seal that gave the Kinkaku Force the reputation of being nearly invincible

Ernest training and the trials of the Eel Clan: Where ever K went it seemed that other ninja had an edge on him, while he had mastered his element of ninjutsu often times ninja would use their bloodline limits or special chakra elements to get an edge on him in battle. Possessing neither a secondary chakra element or a Kekkei genkai K resolved to simply overcome his lack of inborn ability though rigorous training, K trained his body by making lightning shock his muscles to strain them to their limits than allowing them to recover, in this way he was able to grow very physically strong in a short period of time and applied this strength to his taijutsu pushing it to new limits, he gained new ninjutsu by reading in to the techniques of previous Kinkaku force leaders and adapting them to his lightning release, but he still felt that though he had achieved almost complete control over lightning and full master of the lightning release he lacked a special ability not connected with ninjutsu, if he came across an opponent who was unfazed by his lightning or could keep up with his body he would be outmatched very easily, he needed his own edge.
K had known of the Lightning country’s ninja Eels for some time, as they had an alliance with the cloud village and were the inspiration for various lightning techniques developed therein. However no ninja had, to date established a summoning contract with them, it seemed that the eels were quite content to live in their village of undersea trenches and to feast on the giant fish that dwelled with in those depths not willing to lend their power to a mere human’s petty squabbles, but K saw them as his edge, the one way he might be able to compete with bloodline users and so he took some time off and made his way to the seas on the other side of the mountain on which the cloud village stood to commune with the Eel clan, finding them was no easy task, the Eels made their home in the seas and had crafted a large stormy bay for their docks, this was where K began his journey. Standing on the surface of the water K would use his lightning to make shimmering flashes on the water, in hopes to lure one of the giant fish that dwelled in the ocean, hours passed, first noon came, then evening until things seemed hopeless, but with one last, powerful flair a massively large, hump headed Wrasse fish leapt in to the air attempting to swallow him, with a single bone shattering taijutsu kick K launched the fish skyward just as the sun began to set and called down a lightning strike on it before leaping in to the air and kicking the fish at queen umi, it landed in her mouth just as the sun set. K had passed and had received a summons as a reward, a tiny little sliver like eel with no special abilities, it wasn’t even capable of venturing on land or speech, K was reasonably under whelmed at this but wasn’t about to quit.
The challenges to follow were just as grueling, catching a slippery, ultra fast ninja eel in its element in under an hour, cutting through a wave of water using only his lightning, but finally K came to have Namerakana as his summon and was next approached by a shinobi three man cell of human sized eels, Tetsuo, Tokine and Ebisu. Their contingent was that they would refuse to serve a human who could not best them at their chosen skill, and so one by one he bested them, Tetsuo’s Eel based taijutsu against K’s kicks, Tokine’s storm water and lightning ninjutsu against K’s techniques and lastly Ebisu, K was able to use his electricity to shock himself and break from Ebisu’s illusions showing how determined he could be and in doing so gained all three of them as summons. K even gained an Eel medic nin named Shishiro by besting him in a contest of riddles. Finally the time came where he would face queen Umi herself. The colossal eel had only one test for K, survive the brunt of her lightning bolt attack, understanding that he could not absorb or channel an amount of electricity that large K understood that he may very well die in the process, but accepted none the less. The two of them stood before each other and the eel queen released a massive blast of energy that totally engulfed K’s body he survived by unleashing a counter current from his own body but it took everything he had, and more! K wasn’t able to reverse the flow of the thunder but in an amazing show of willpower began to step forward though the blinding blast of energy, step by step he got closer to the Eel queen until he touched her with his hands and transfer the sock back to her, though she took no damage from this K was able to cancel out the technique though he was completely out of usable chakra and covered in slight burns as he went back to the shore and collapsed, alive but just barely. True to her word the eel queen granted K a blood contract with her and the Eel clan, sealing the contract in their blood and showing it in a summoning tattoo on K’s right arm. He returned to the cloud village worse for wear but twice the ninja he was before, he finally felt that he was ready to lead the Kinkaku force.

Special Abilities: increased stamina and chakra flow
Origin: One of the more common pills. A soldier pill is said to allow a ninja to battle for three days and three nights straight. Though in truth their effects are not as significant, their ability to restore a users stamina still make them an extremely useful item on the battlefield. While this does allow the user to gain a short stamina boost, it cannot go beyond human limits. Taking two soldier pills within an hour of each other is dangerous, and taking a third may cause death.
Name: Lightning gems
Apperance: Two round dome like yellow gems in the palm of K's metal hands
Spechal abilities: The gems are placed in the center of a seal inscribed on the inside of the metal palms, thease gems act as a means of absorbing and storeing massive amounts of lightning, thease can be made to "charge" and take in the users chakra or lightning from another source over time or all at once from another source and released in a vareity of ways for near jutsu like attacks, K uses this for various jutsu that require larger amounts of lightning as well as in his lightning absorption technique and for a few other lightning techniques such as consentrated beams, blasts or orbs of condensed lightning
Origin: an adaptation that K invented for his metal hands to fundementaly increases his reserves of lightning and compansate for the taxing effect lightning jutsu can have on chakra
Ernest training and the trials of the Eel Clan: Where ever K went it seemed that other ninja had an edge on him, while he had mastered his element of ninjutsu often times ninja would use their bloodline limits or special chakra elements to get an edge on him in battle. Possessing neither a secondary chakra element or a Kekkei genkai K resolved to simply overcome his lack of inborn ability though rigorous training, K trained his body by making lightning shock his muscles to strain them to their limits than allowing them to recover, in this way he was able to grow very physically strong in a short period of time and applied this strength to his taijutsu pushing it to new limits, he gained new ninjutsu by reading in to the techniques of previous Kinkaku force leaders and adapting them to his lightning release, but he still felt that though he had achieved almost complete control over lightning and full master of the lightning release he lacked a special ability not connected with ninjutsu, if he came across an opponent who was unfazed by his lightning or could keep up with his body he would be outmatched very easily, he needed his own edge.

Description: this jutsu has a reputation for being immensely horrific but is very simple to perform, throwing down a hand seal the user touches the victim on a desired location and, using a small amount of lightning chakra charges the pain receptor neurons in that area to their limit resulting in the most possible pain that area can be in, though this does no actual damage to the victim they can begin to physiologically break down if the technique is performed to many times in succession or for to long though that is a mater of willpower, the jutsu can only cause pain in an area for so long until that area is numbed for the same amount of time due to sensory overload (which is to say this jutsu has a cool down equivalent to the amount of time it was used for)

Description: the culmination of the lightning armor technique, absorption technique, and wrath of the heavens jutsu, from a lightning cloud existing prior or created by some other means the user calls down a large bolt of lightning to their own body, rather than being damaged the user absorbs all this lightning and holds it around them in a layer of electricity, this behaves exactly like the lightning armor increasing speed, reflexes, taijutsu offensive power as well as providing a defensive layer around the body but uses far less chakra as the user did not have to generate all of the electricity themselves, another advantage is that the user can hold it for much longer periods of time as they do not have to emit lightning and can focus on regulating it, however aside from having a condition that needs to be met (the lightning cloud) the technique is weakened by each lightning jutsu (to the point where an A rank jutsu would use up all of it and then some) the user performs while in that state and can not be “switched on and off” nearly as easily

Description: A very rare technique which focuses on the raw heat of lightning to combust air, its common knowledge that lightning strikes can start fires but this technique uses that principal to defend against wind techniques, discharging a small but very very powerful spark of electricity between the fingertips and sending it out at a target such as branches from trees, plants, paper or even in some cases directly at a wind technique the user ignites a sudden fire and throws it in to the wind technique to cancel it out completely, this does not effect higher stage wind techniques or cancel out multiple wind techniques that are not in close proximity to each other and uses to much chakra to use multiple times in scission, the prefer method of use is igniting a torch or small area and using it against wind techniques but the blast area is so wide the user will undoubtedly be singed by the flames

Description: The user charges up chakra in their hands before sending out a wave of tiny electric sparks in all directions filling a radius around the user floating in the air like a field of dancing fireflies, these are totally harmless at first and can be made to hang in their air for a while if needed but when the user throws down a hand seal the sparks all discharge at once resulting in an instantaneous current of electricity running between every spark catching everything in the radius in a web of lightning electrocuting any obstacles from all sides, the technique is almost impossible to doge completely and the currents converge on anything they shock before exploding in to electric energy the technique does however take a while to set up and is very obvious (a full post to set up)

Description: Gathering a massive amount of chakra in one hand the user produces a ball of ultra concentrated lightning in the palm of a hand and, pushing off in a strait line at unparallel speeds drives it in to a target with a very devastating drill like effect which is often considered lethal, this is a very uncommon assassination technique as the speed is so great the user wouldn’t normally be able to keep up with it and could potently die very easily from counterattack, normally doijutsu is used to counter this but the lightning mind technique is in this case employed to force the senses to their absolute limit and allow the user to keep track of things around them, because it uses so much chakra the chidori is limited to a very small number of uses per day (thread) depending on the reserves and rank of the user (3 times in Ks case) using it any greater amount will result in death.

Description: this is an average size eel with no special features or outstanding traits, with a bulbous head and body, prominent jaw, tiny fins on either side of the face with a very long tail with a fin below it running down to the tip with an orange-brown color to it, the eels can not speak or survive out of water but are able to amplify and direct their electric jolts using chakra and follow the summoner’s orders, a fast swimmer with a heightened sense of awareness they cannot speak and have little individuality, their most common purpose is delivering messages across water or retrieving small items

Description: An electric eel roughly the size of a small dog being three feet long and half a foot wide Namerakana has an orangeish color to him and wears a purple tube like “shirt” that has a pouch for his kunai and a red spiral on the back as well as a helmet that covers the top of his head and the sides of his face tied under the chin with a crescent moon on the forehead, he isn’t capable of surviving outside of water but uses his water armor technique to freely move on to land and is capable of speech.
Personality: Namerakana is a bit of a shifty character that tries to keep a low profile often disliking his missions and having an all around cool attitude about him in keeping with his name (Namerakana means “slick”) but can be a bit sleazy and has bad taste, also in keeping with his name (as Namerakana can also mean slimy)

Description: The biggest member of the team at six feet long and two feet wide with a darker tan color to him, the most outstanding feature about him is the oversized pair of human headphones he wears on his head making him look rather eccentric despite his inherent toughness, wearing a cloud village headband as a belt he also dawns a suit of metal plated armor made especially for an eel his size with a bladed edge over his body fin, Tetsuo can speak and survive out of water and specializes in taijutsu
Personality: Tetsuo is absurdly infatuated with rap culture making him rather obnoxious to deal with as he tends to beatbox and recite his terrible rap poetry on a frequent basses, despite this Tetsuo has a very positive attitude about things and tends to be full of energy though a tad overconfident

Equipment: His plated metal body armor which allows for defense and ease of moment complete with bladed armor down his body fin

Description: Four and a half feet long, slender and agile looking with a yellow like tint to her and a darker orange fin, she wears a sleeve like “robe” which is almost kimono like in structure with purple trim and a pale yellow color to it, the fins on the sides of her head are a bit longer and she wears her headband around her neck, she specializes in ninjutsu and is the team’s kunoichi
Personality: Collected, down to earth and friendly she knows when to get down to business and can be ruthless in combat and somewhat calculative she possesses the highest inelegance of her team and tends to do the planning

Description: Four feet long and two feet wide being the smallest member of his team Ebisu has a blush tone to him with a purple tail fin and wears a dark blue gi like “shirt” with black trim and his headband around the top of his head. Specializing in Genjutsu and wielding a sword Ebisu tends to support his teammates
Personality: Unsocial by nature Ebisu doesn’t talk much and has a naturally passive disposition, being almost lazy he will usually cast illusions from a far rather than get involved directly in combat

Equipment: Carries a modified katana that has a handle made for his mouth
Abilities/Jutsu:
-Illusionary clone technique (makes illusions that look like clones of himself or his teammates)
-Drunken sight jutsu (causes victim to believe they cannot see correctly as if drunk experiencing vertigo and double vision)
-False lightning prison jutsu (makes the victim think that they canot leave where they are standing, if they try to move they will experience lightning striking just next to where they moved so that they believe they are in a prison based jutsu)
-False surroundings technique (changes one aspect of the environment to look like something else)
-Instantaneous strike (the user appears to dash over to the victim and damage them with their weapon, though the damage and pain is illusionary it has a very real effect in the victim’s mind)
-Camouflage technique (the user conceals themselves to the victim entirely)
-Vision of hell technique (causes the victim to witness their greatest fear)
-Chained mind technique (the user makes eye contact with the victim and they find themselves unable to look away or move until the illusion is broken)

Description: Being just under four feet long Shishiro is a cream colored eel with striking blue eyes and a pail grey fin, he wears a longer “coat” over his body and carries a maroon backpack, his headband is being used as the tie for this pack and he wears a stereotypical “doctor’s” headpiece. Though he cannot fight at all Shishiro excels on medical techniques
Personality: Shishiro us a competent, serious person with a good head on his shoulders and has a strong sense of empathy for others

-Painkiller technique (uses his chakra to shut down pain receptors in the patent temporarily to prevent excessive pain from occurring)

Name: Queen Umimegami of the stormy seas
Species: Electric Eel

Description: A truly colossal eel, Queen Umi stands roughly as tall as the serpent king Manda Dwarfing all lesser summons by far in comparison, as the queen of the eels she is also the most powerful though summoning her will drain almost all of any ninjas chakra. She wears an elegant looking necklace and a longer brownish green flowing robe like cape over a simple maroon “shirt” She has a light blue seal make on her forehead and is a dark purplish color with a dark bluefish fin
Personality: Queen Umi is outwardly rather fierce to deal with but can be very kind to allies and has a strong sense of priority and makes decisions well and tends to have a solid head on her shoulders though being summoned isn’t her favorite thing in the world she attends to the situation quickly
Chakra Elements: Raiton, Suiton (lightning and water) combined to make Arashiton (Storm release)

Spechal abilities: Rather than a scroll this tattoo constitutes the sumoning contact, depening on how the user places blood on the tattoo different eels are summoned
Origin: Given to K by queen Umi of the stromy seas the leader of the eel clan
Name: Soldger pills
Apperance: Small black pills
Special Abilities: increased stamina and chakra flow
Origin: One of the more common pills. A soldier pill is said to allow a ninja to battle for three days and three nights straight. Though in truth their effects are not as significant, their ability to restore a users stamina still make them an extremely useful item on the battlefield. While this does allow the user to gain a short stamina boost, it cannot go beyond human limits. Taking two soldier pills within an hour of each other is dangerous, and taking a third may cause death.
Name: Lightning gems
Apperance: Two round dome like yellow gems in the palm of K's metal hands
Spechal abilities: The gems are placed in the center of a seal inscribed on the inside of the metal palms, thease gems act as a means of absorbing and storeing massive amounts of lightning, thease can be made to "charge" and take in the users chakra or lightning from another source over time or all at once from another source and released in a vareity of ways for near jutsu like attacks, K uses this for various jutsu that require larger amounts of lightning as well as in his lightning absorption technique and for a few other lightning techniques such as consentrated beams, blasts or orbs of condensed lightning
Origin: an adaptation that K invented for his metal hands to fundementaly increases his reserves of lightning and compansate for the taxing effect lightning jutsu can have on chakra
