Appearance: He has white hair which is cut very short. His eyes are a light blue. His clothing is entirely white and almost seems to reflect light. He is very powerful, but is relatively thin. If standing next to something white, he would be almost invisible. Despite his odd hair and clothing, he is a rather handsome young man.

Personality: He is always in a good mood. Nothing can cause his mood to change. He likes to be around other people and hates that he had to leave his village. He also loves to get out and enjoy himself. Despite being cheerful, he also loves to fight and he is very good at fighting. He lives by one rule and one alone; never to kill. He refuses to do to others what one man did too him.

History: Tomoshibi was born in the hidden leaf village. He was quick to pick up the way of the ninja and excelled in his classes. At the age of 10, a rogue ninja attacked and killed his entire family, ruining the rest of his childhood. From that day, he left the hidden leaf village and taught himself about all the ninja techniques. He was easily able to master high level jutsu. He made one promise to himself, that he would kill no one so as not to do to someone else what was done to him.

Abilities: Extensive knowledge of most weapons as well as knowledge of medical herbs and medicines and the like.

He can use his Chakra to make the Tessen act as projectiles that return to him after being thrown. He can also make them electrically charged.

He also electrifies the blade of the naginata. When the naginata is swung, waves of electricity are extended from the blade.

He also has a bloodline ability to manipulate light and dark. He can use the light to create something like a force-field. He can also change the light to make himself or any other object completely invisible. The light/dark can be used as a physical force against objects as well.

Tools/Weapons: He carries a Naginata and two Tessen. The Naginata is kept on his back and the two tessen are kept on his belt. The Tessen are bladed. Also in his belt is a fair number of kunai and shuriken.

Jutsu:

Dark Pulse Jutsu: A wave of physical darkness emanates from Tomoshibi's body, flying in all directions. The attack moves straight and is essentially 'flat'. Its about waist high. The attack moves fairly fast.

Light Pulse Jutsu: Same as above, but with physical light.

Dark Wall Jutsu: Creates a wall of physical darkness that appears directly in front of Tomoshibi. The wall is nearly impenetrable, but only lasts for one post.

Light Wall Jutsu: Same as above, but with physical light.

Dark Beam Jutsu: Fires a beam of solid darkness. The beam is about 6" in diameter and moves very quickly. The beam can appear from anywhere and is capable of changing direction. Tomoshibi must concentrate on the place where he wishes the beam to start from and to be able to make it change direction. The beam gathers strength the farther it travels, so shots fired at close range have almost no effect.

Light Beam Jutsu: Same as above, but with physical light.

Darkness Isolation Jutsu: Tomoshibi causes the opponent to be engulfed in darkness. This only works during the day. The darkness moves with the opponent, but Tomoshibi has to constantly fuel it with chakra so he can not do anything else during this time.

Light Isolation Jutsu: Same as above, but only works at night.

Wrath of the Dark Jutsu: Beam after beam repeatedly strikes opponent. The beams come from seemingly no where and are at their full-power regardless of traveling distance. Only works during the day. The darkness doesn't necessarily have to appear as a been and it can also be mixed with lightning element. This is a high level jutsu that requires a lot of chakra but is very powerful.

Wrath of the Light Jutsu: Save as above, but only works at night.

Darkness Blast Jutsu: Tomoshibi releases an explosive blast of darkness from his palm that acts as a concussive attack, launching the opponent. The attack has almost no range; Tomoshibi's palm needs to be within a few inches of the foes body. This jutsu works by taking the light around Tomoshibi's palm, changing it to darkness and then causing it to solidfy in an explosive manner.

Light Blast Jutsu: Same as above, but with only works at night.

Darkness Clones Jutsu: Tomoshibi creates three clones created from physical dark. The clones can move fairly fast, but have little chance of surviving long as even the most simple attacks will rid them.

Light Clones Jutsu: Same as above, but only works during the night.

Equipment of the Night Jutsu: An outline of darkness, that acts in a similar fashion to Dark Wall Jutsu(just not as strong), comes over Tomoshibi's body. The outline reduces the effectiveness of attacks from other people and increases the strength of his Taijutsu. The outline give more force behind Tomoshibi's Taijutsu attacks. These are very limited as he doesn't have any real training in Taijutsu. This works only during the day.

Equipment of the Day Jutsu: Same as above, but works only at night.

Black Kunai: Works only during the day. Tomoshibi surrounds a kunai with physical dark energy. When thrown, the kunai moves a little faster than an average kunai and has more power to it. It can also create a small concussive blast, same as Darkness Burst Jutsu, upon contact with an object. Tomoshibi must decide whether or not the blast will occur before the kunai hits its target. This gives him time to make the darkness react at the right moment.

Darkness Burst Jutsu: Works only during the day. Tomoshibi takes the light surrounding him, changes it to physical darkness, and launches it outwards in all the directions. The burst is massive and has a concussive effect that will throw foes back. Its difficult to avoid, but requires a lot of chakra.

Light Burst Jutsu: Same as above, but only works at night.
