A test of strength

Tomoshibi had been walking through the forest when he suddenly came a large open lake. It was a beautiful sight; the water sparkled, the bank was marked by small shrubs and the surrounding trees gave the scene a very majestic look. Something about the beauty seemed to make Tomoshibi wary and he was quick to make himself invisible by changing the light surrounding him. If someone looked directly at where he was standing they would see an empty space. He waited to see if he had any real reason to be wary.

Yuna was walking to the lake where K had said to meet her. The Forest's beauty was not wasted on her. She took a deep breath breathing in the clear air. she walked down the path with tall green trees on either side of her. When she came to the end of the path she found a large clear blue lake, the sun shining thorough the trees sparkled on the water. Yuna look around, Looking for K and also any potential danger She sensed something off about the area, but saw nothing. "Late, again." she sighed to her self and sat down. She picked the small flower growing next to her, it froze in her hands.

K's entrance in to an area was oddly conscious for a ninja, though he wasn't usually worried, walking in plain sight along a path toward the river he carried his Shamisen in his hands playing it quietly and absentmindedly though the melody of the music reflected the pond's atmosphere so flawlessly that it seemed to meld in to the background almost flawlessly. His heavy armored shoes leaving prints on the sand as he walked, still quietly to Yuna where she sat, it seemed he was a bit late. "sorry to call you here but it its about the-" he was cut off, his lightning clairvoyance jutsu's sense was picking up on someone near by, he stopped playing "we aren't alone" he said suddenly turning in the direction of the stranger, in the world of ninja one could never be to careful.

Tomoshibi's attempt to conceal himself had not gone as he had planned. The two ninja who had just arrived were clearly powerful. He was very careful not to get in over his head, but sometimes he just couldn't stop himself from getting into a fight. First he would have some fun with them. (Alright its time for me to develop some jutsu. If I use any that seem OP please let me know and I'll be glad to change them.) He fired a beam of solid, invisible light straight at K using his 'light beam jutsu'. If it made contact, it would leave a stinging wound on the spot where it hit. The beam was only about 6" in diameter.

(invisable projectile is kinda OP, because it cant be dodged)

Yuna Slow stood up in reaction to the new information about a possible enemy. "Hmm invisible." she said with softly. "Lets see if i cant shed some light on our guest. Kijoaisu Mist" and she blew softy, a steady stream of mist blew out of her mouth and covered the area in front of her and K. Tomoshibi would be right in the middle of it. The trees and grass that were in the mist with him started to gather frost on them, if he didn't get out the mist he would begin to freeze as well.

(Woops thats my bad. Why don't we just ignore the invisible part? It would be moving rather quick though.)

Tomoshibi released his hold on his Kekkei Genkai, causing him to become visible. Then came the mist, it seemed to be freezing over the forest. He could feel the frost begin to gather on his skin. He turned and moved out of the mist, making sure that he didn't move any closer to the two strange ninja. Then he waited for them to make another move.

K set his instrument in to a scroll and put it away, though Yuna had saved him by diverting the light with the freezing water droplets in the mist K knew exactly what had happened, "Still trying to hide? even if I cant see you, I know exactly where you are..." the cloud of mist was of pirfect temperature and moisture to make a thundercloud and K knew he could use it, extending his hand he discharged a beam of electricity in to the cloud of mist which quickly moved though it in an instant and fired out of the cloud strait to the nearest object, the aslant who had just surfaced, K wasn't really fighting seriously yet, just seeing how he might react, K himself used the very same electric discharge in the cloud to avoid freezing himself as the two showed a powerfull teamwork together already, the bolt of lightning was so fast that even a light user might have trouble dodging it, K paid close attention to see how their new opponent might handle it while he prepared a stronger jutsu in his mind.

Tomoshibi hadn't expected a lightning bolt to shoot out of the sky at him and he nearly flinched. "Dark Wall Jutsu." A wall of solid light appeared in front of Tomoshibi, protecting him from the lightning bolt. That was too close for comfort. These two are a force to be reckoned with. I need to be more careful from now on. He was regretting his foolishness in confronting them. The man was a lightning ninja which probably rendered most of his lightning jutsu useless.

With their attacker inside a barrier K acted quickly jumping high above the mist cloud and throwing down three kunai landing on three sides of the barrier, as he fell back down K threw a series of handseals as the kunai discharged a current of electricity between each other and then up converging above the light shield forming in to an electric feild "lightning prison jutsu!" The attacker was now inside his own barrier inside of a larger prison made by K, the situation was now, hopefully contained as K landed next to Yuna.

As Yuna watched these events unfold she wonder who this ninja was and why was her bothering them, it didn't mater, if he didn't back out and realize his mistake, he would be dead soon. "Kijoaisu Clones" she whispered and rapidly did a few hand signs. Three Clones appeared behind her and stood at the ready. "K do you know who this is?" she said sounding a bit annoyed.

K couldn't recognize the figure inside the shield and prison, nor could he recognize the "feel" of him with his sixth sense "no one I know" he said simply "but he seems contained for the moment, anything that crosses that wrap around electric barrier's walls or roof gets a powerfull shock and jolted back inside" he explained "its an uncommon prison technique, hopefully he wont get out of it that easily" he said simply watching the man hed captured "Id guess he was a ninjutsu specialist from the techniques we have witnessed, all three of which seemed light based, which means he must have a special bloodline limit to get an element like light..." he cracked his metal knuckles, which was decidedly louder than a regular hand "I dont see a headband either so he must be a rouge ninja" he said turning to one of the Yuna's "sound like anyone we know" he said with a hint of playfulness in his voice

Yuna chuckled "Lets take him out, i like being one of a kind" she said lightly pulling out her Kusarigama.

Tomoshibi growled in annoyance when he was enclosed in a lightning barrier. It was such a nuisance to be stuck in here. He wondered how long it would last. "Dark Pulse Jutsu." Suddenly a wave of darkness shot out from around his waist. It cut a tiny slice into each side of the barrier, but nothing more. At least he could there was air and he was able to see a little. He watched the two of them talking. He began to think of a way that he might be able to escape this prison.

(He's out because i say so simple and i wanna get used to rping him more)
He had finally been able to slip out of the force field containing his village it had been such a long time almost 1000 years his companion trotted along side his his white Bengal tiger Zirconia. She like usual was busy being engrossed in her surroundings gazing at almost every twig, rock and leaf they passed by. Shaking his head they came to where a fight was breaking out it already seemed to be started it was by such a peaceful lake how could anyone be fighting with such a nice view nearby anyways? Looking he could see what looked to be a giant prison made of lightning something he hadn't seen done before. Zirconia stayed back among the foliage and waited for an opening to attack once Diamond said so. He approached them with his headband hanging from his pocket with a village mark on it it is a paw print of what ever animal there clan is from and for non clan villagers it is just a simple print of a tiger. Saying to them he asked "Who do you have in that prison?" Not joining the fight right away but more interested in the events going on but he probably would in the end.

K didn't even turn to face her, after all he had "felt" her from a distance away before she had even made herself known, "not sure really, he just fired a light bolt at us when we got here... I put him in the electric field to keep him from lashing out untill we can asess the situation, why is he one of yours?" he spoke to her in a bizarrely friendly manor not being the leist bit worries of the newcomer or her cat.

Tomoshibi thought about trying a dark beam jutsu to open more holes in the barrier, but he gave up on the idea almost immediately. If he created the beam inside the cage then it would not have enough room to gain momentum. He could always create it out side the cage, but it would take too much chakra. He was capable of controlling the dark from a distance, but it wasn't easily done; it took a lot of concentration and a lot of chakra. He also didn't think it would be smart to test the barrier's strength. It would probably just give him a nasty shock. In the end, all he did was sit there and watch as a yet another ninja showed up. Just my luck.

(I seem to not be the only one misreading today Zirconia is the tiger and is female and Diamond is the ninja currently talking and is male even if his hair and eyes don't make him look like one. I was rushing a bit to make the post but you should have sent me a pm and i would have fixed it but let's just put it behind us and not let it ruin the moment.)


Looking over the prison he said "No he's not in my village but something does seem off here...how can i be sure that it was him that attacked first and not you two?" The person being contained in there couldn't be too old and he wasn't very trusting of the two standing before him something seemed off about them. Maybe it was just the lake doing it to his thoughts but he was very unsure about the two there hurting someone innocent would not be high on his like list either. Pacing around the prison almost close enough to touch but with it made out of lightning he wouldn't.

Yet another annoyance Yuna thought to her self. She sighed. "Well you dont know that do you? I could care less if you believe us or not." Yuna said "Besides" she smiled darkly to her self "if we had made the first move. . . *pause for dramatic effect* he would be dead." "Now eaither you can stand there all day wasting our time, or you can move on. Of course if you feel so sympathetic for the child that foolishly attacked us, make your move." Yuna said to the new comer.

K smiled "thats cold Yuna" he said in an obviously bad pun "his attack was pretty strong, so I didn't wait around to contain him, all the same it doesnt really matter... here" he said making a hand seal and disabling the barrier

Tomoshibi walked over to the group. "I tested their abilities with a weak attack. They retaliated with much more force than I had used. I made no other moves to attack, but they continued to assault me." he glared at both K and Yuna. A number of things were going through his head, but he controlled his desire to say them. It would have been totally stupid to provoke them some more. He wondered what the third person would say.

The air was electric, and not because of K's chakra "oh, it seems we've touched a nerve..." he sent wires out to gather the kunai he had used in the prison "well if it was a test" he said with a simple, almost goofy smile "did we pass?" he said almost taunting him

"fool" Yuna spat the words at Tomo in disgust.

This had been enough insulting someone like this and trapping him in a prison over something simple was enough to almost infuriate Diamond which almost never happened. Whistling to Zirconia who was nearby she attempted to jump onto K the closet target claws ready and fangs. Turning to the other ninja that was on the opposing force he grabbed a kunai which he had put up his left sleeve and charged Yuna.

K watched as the tiger rushed at him "it isnt wise to get so close... Raiton Heki no Jutsu" he said timing his lightning burst technique with the animal so that its fangs claws and nearly the entire body met a wave of electricity as it rushed from his body, with no added protection the animal would be launched back and sustain quite a shock, when you charge head on you underestimate your enemy and lose. K could have grabbed, paralyzed, kicked or even stopped the beast just as easily but he felt that the body shock would be enugh to teach it some manners.
