Appearance: Chey has black hair with small red streaks going through it. Her eyes are violet, but change to red when she is very angry. She's slightly short, but not too short. She is very thin and delicate looking, sometimes making her opponents underestimate her. Her nails are really long and are kept to a sharpened point, so they can be used like claws. Chey has two black cat ears on the top of her head and a long black furry tail, part of her family's bloodline.

Personality: Chey is very eccentric and considered insane by many. Her moods change randomly and quickly. Oftentimes she is very hyper and can be very annoying. Chey loves to have fun and play games, like children's games. Chey is very unobservant in most cases and is very clueless. For the most part, she acts very dumb but if someone hangs around her long enough, she begins to make sense in an odd way. The general assumption of Chey is that she is a child in a teenagers body. She is very loud and outspoken.

History: Chey was born in the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Her mother died while giving birth to her and her twin brother. She was raised by her grandmother and elder siblings, in a clan known for being eccentric. Chey graduated from the academy at the age of 9 and at the age of 11, passed the chuunin exams. She became close friends with her team, declaring them her adopted sisters. She was devastated when the one of them, Asura, betrayed the village and became labelled as an S-ranked criminal. A few years later, getting news about Asura, she abandoned the village as well, becoming an A-ranked criminal herself. A few months later, Ayami, her other teammate, caught up with them as well. Since then, they've been roaming the countryside, finding stuff to do and avoiding being killed by other shinobi.

Abilities: Chey's family's bloodline is the Neko Jutsu, which allows the to shift into a cat's form. Her summoning jutsu summons a cat. She is strong in ninjutsu, especially jutsu's involving fire, but is weak at genjutsu. She is good at close range taijutsu but not so good at long range taijutsu.

Tools/Weapons: Kunai, Shuriken, Explosives

Weaknesses: Chey is wary of any type of canine (the animal). She is weak against water and wind jutsus. She is also very unobservant to her surroundings.

Normally I wouldn't have any problems with accepting the profile, but every criminal so far that has been made has been S-rank and we have no other S-rank ninjas. If you really want her to be an S-rank criminal then I suppose I'll approve it, but I would prefer it if you would start as a lower rank and work your way up.
