Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Mitarashi nodded. He waited, watching Kangeki move from place to place. He wondered where they where going...? And how he should start adding more jutsus to his list he can use. He moved from place to place, making sure he wasn't seen by any of Phoenix's clan mates. The long red haired boy soon caught up with the other ninja and he stared at the ruin in wonder. "Wow.. this looks like it was a great place to live at..." he said out loud.

Phoenix looked around the street before walking out of the ally and chasing after the two boys. She didn't go to fast, nor did she go to slow. She was feeling a bit dizzy. She lost a lot of blood then she wanted to loose. She stopped as she came to the place they where at and instantly sat down on the ground. She looked up and blinked. She said nothing.

Kangeki had been about to respond when Phoenix came. She didn't look very good. A look of concern came over him and he walked over to her. "Are you sure ok to do this? That wound won't stop bleeding. Now both of you should know, if you actually go through with this training, I will most likely learn your greatest fear." Kangeki too was beginning to suspect the problem with Phoenix. That must be a real challenge with her bloodline.
Re: Ninjas of the Rain
The blood user had closed her eyes and took a deep breath, trying to figure out to stand with out falling back down. She opened her red eyes and gave a weak smile. "I'm okay, Kangeki. The wound stopped bleeding. Its a clan rule that we keep a summoning jutsu for some thing to heal us if we need it.." She sighed, listening to what he was saying. I don't care if he knows my greatest fear. Just as long as he doesn't tell my dad.... and every on else..... Phoenix shrugged and gave another weak smile up at the two ninjas. "I'm fine with that."

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Mitarashi turned to look at Phoenix and frowned. "You're not okay..." he said shaking his head. "Its clear you lost a lot of blood. I've seen things like this a lot in some of my mom's patients....." he sighed and shook his head. He instantly regretted saying it aloud. What if she got mad at him?

Phoenix stood, growling, her some what good mood fouled. "I'm okay. You're sounding exactly like my father, always worrying about me. I don't need that from any one else....." She sighed and looked at Kangeki. "Like i said, i don't care if any one finds out about my fear.."

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Kangeki shrugged, giving Phoenix her space. Mitarashi seemed to be a little to pushy with all this, although he did agree. Despite his feelings, he said nothing as the two spoke to each other. Once the conversation be been abruptly closed Phoenix, he decided it was probably safe to speak. "So, what first?"
Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Mitarashi sighed. "You needed to practise your genjutsu right?" He turned to face the other male ninja. "You can practise with me if you want..... or if Phoenix wants to go first.... you can with her..."

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
A wolf, lion, and tiger could be seen standing on the edge of the crater. They walked down the three that were in the area. The wolf went to Mitarashi, the lion to Kangeki, and the tiger to Phoenix. Each of these were carrying a small envelope. They dropped their envelops in front of their chosen person and stood motionless, waiting for the three of them to pick up the letters.
Re: Ninjas of the Rain
"Don't see why all three of us can train together at the same time.." Phoenix said shaking her head. She blinked looking at the tiger that appeared suddenly. She bent over, picking up the letter to read it.

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
The letter read as follows:
To the reader,
You are invited to the grand reopening of The Village Hidden in the Pat. All those who attend will be rewarded greatly. We hope to see you there!
As far as our location, you will have to use this to find us:
We are equally distanced from all the other villages. Strange animals walk the area nearby us.
Kangeki picked up the letter and read it, but payed no mind to it. It didn't seem to be happening for a few days yet. He thought about how they could train at the same time. "Well...why don't I practice using my genjutsu and you two practice defending it? Thats a start. Then we can switch roles. How does that sound?"

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Becoming slightly confused because of the letter she sighed, putting it in a pouch to think it over later. She listened to what Kangeki said and nodded. "I've never worked with genjutsu before, so this should be interesting...." She wondered how one would be able to break away or defend against a genjutsu and sighed. She wasn't paying attention, and it was around those times she was having serious problems....

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Keung shook his head, trying to clear his mind. There was still a fog that hung over his conscience since he had woken up and he kept going back to one face. It was familiar yet he couldn't remember who it was.
The rain increased, causing Keung to grimace. There were so many different sounds. Keung listened, sitting on a rock in the middle of a clearing. He was intrigued when he heard the steps of others. The way the rain danced around them in a fast war dance made him fairly positive that there was a fight going on.
Hearing no one else, Keung cautiously made his way over. The fight slowed down as he came closer and by the time he reached the others, it had finished. Pity. He would have liked to see how he would fare against some of the shinobi of this country.
Keung didn't even blink at the sight of a lion, tiger, or wolf. He was perfect when it came to masking his emotions.

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Kangeki prepared himself to begin the Genjutsu. No one had objected to the idea yet, so he went ahead and began. "Living Nightmare." Performing the hand seals, he directed two Genjutsu; one at Phoenix and the other at the boy. He had another jutsu that would stop any emotional issues and he would cut it off before it did any real damage.
Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Mitarashi blinked and picked up the letter, opening it and reading it. He shrugged. Another puzzle to be figured out later. He put it away, then looked around. He froze seeing his mother in the distance, hurt and almost dieing. He half closed his eyes, a sad expression on his face. He kept him self together, but deep inside he was worried and wanted to run after. He tried to close his eyes but he was completely frozen, he wanted to turn his back, but he was still frozen. Of course.... This what he had always feared. Some one close to him was dieing, and he couldn't move, he couldn't do any thing. The scene shifted, the surroundings reflecting that of his home, his mother, himself, and killers (that he had seen on posters) was in the room. Again, nothing, and he watched, almost helplessly as his mother was killed.
((meh x-x totally have no idea what to do with him almost xD))

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Total blackness surrounded Phoenix's vision as the genjutsu took affect. She was able to look around her, and she examined her self as best as she could. All seemed fine... till random cuts started to appear and blood came flowing out from them fast. She closed her eyes as panic started to rise. What was she going to do? How was she going to stop the bleeding? She almost had no abilities, unlike her clan, to stop the bleeding instantly on her own. She forgot about the real world, forgot that this was meant to be a genjutsu.

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Surprise overcame Kangeki as he successfully used his Genjutsu. He hadn't been this happy in a while, but then he saw what the other two were seeing. And he too felt their pain so he chose to release the Genjutsu. The visions suddenly disappeared and the two were brought back to reality. "Are you to okay?" He asked, sounding worried, but not going insane. He was fairly sure they would be okay, but he had something he could use if they weren't.
Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Phoenix fell to her knees, her arms around her self and her head bowed. Her heart beat had become faster during the jutsu. She closed her eyes and tried to slower her heart beat down. Being successful, she let go of her self and stood. She shook her head. "Yea... I'm fine."
Phoenix's head looked around, feeling eyes where on them. Please don't let it be my clan, or any one else... please just let it be my imagination....

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Keung's lip curled. No one had noticed his presence yet. It was...pathetic. How could he have respect for his opponent's fighting styles when their observation skills were so poor. Keung quietly strung his bow that was almost as tall as he was. It was nice having something that could pass off as a walking stick.
Keung pulled out an arrow, making note to make some more. He couldn't remember what had happened to the others, just that he used to have more. Lots more.
Quickly and silently the arrow flew, just inches from the head of a girl that was kneeling and looking around. It landed behind her, burrowing deep into the ground. Keung drew out another arrow, prepared for anything.

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Kangeki began to feel worry overcoming him as Phoenix fell down, but it was soon interrupted as an arrow shot just past her head. He immediately jumped up and began to search for the assailant. He soon found him. Kangeki now considered Phoenix to be a friend and he did not tolerate people who attacked his friends. "Living Nightmare." Kangeki's hands began to move rapidly; forming the hand seals needed to use the Genjutsu. Keung would be in a lot of trouble if he didn't figure out a way to get out of it.
Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Phoenix thought she saw a figure, but she couldn't tell who it was. She moved to stand and froze as an arrow shot past her. She started to shake. This was not from one of her clans.... She had turned her head to look a the arrow. When Phoenix stood, her heart was racing again, and she looked at Kangeki.... She couldn't help but gave a small smile. He was upset because she was attacked, how cute.... The girl blushed as she studied him more closely, and what she thought was true in many ways. She opened her container and was reading to make a few hand signs just in case. The rain wouldn't ruin the blood she had stored up.
"Who are you...?" she called out, and realized, as kangeki used his genjutsu, she might not get a reply any time soon.

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Keung gritted his teeth as his mind was flooded with images. There was that girl again, the one he didn't know. Blood trickled out of her mouth and it seemed that everywhere on her body was bleeding. She gasped for air as wasps hovered around her, buzzing faintly. As she struggled to keep living, the buzzing grew fainter. Her body was riddled with arrows that Keung recognized as his own.
Keung felt the struggle going on in his mind. Why had he killed her? Why couldn't he remember? There was something odd about this scene.
"No!" He cried and slammed every barrier he had into place to prevent seeing the girl take her last breath, knowing that he had killed her. Just like everyone else he had ever known and cared about, a voice whispered inside his mind.
Keung pushed the voice away and glared at the person who had cast the jutsu.
"Very nice." He growled out. "But tell me, do you always rely on such tricks." He sneered the word tricks. "Instead of actually facing your opponents in fair combat?"

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Kangeki was not pleased. "Using one's mind to fight is not a trick. If you are incapable of over-coming such obstacles then you are a worthless fighter and a hopeless bully. Besides, you're one to talk, considering you just shot an arrow at my friend's face! What do you want? and what kind of nerve do you have to attack a young lady like that?" Kangeki was very...very angry right now; angry enough that he might say something stupid. It was rare for him to get like this, but when he did...his wrath was not something to mess with.
Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Phoenix blinked, almost surprised at Kangeki's anger. Yes, her father might have been upset, but she didn't know any one else that would be upset if she as put in danger. She sighed. She didn't know how she was going to get past this. She still felt dizzy from the training, and she didn't know if she could lose any blood...

Re: Ninjas of the Rain
Keung ran a hand through his hair, irritated. It was a bit longer than he remembered.
"I didn't shoot it at her face. I shot it exactly where I meant to, right next to her. If I hadn't, you would have remained clueless to me and any enemies that may have been around. If you're talking about using your mind in battle, then you might not want to keep it focused on just one thing. I could have easily picked you off like prey." He snarled then rubbed the bridge of his nose. This was so troublesome. "And you have no reason to blame me for attacking the young lady. You attacked her as well, even if you had permission. It's the same thing once you think about it."
