Apperance: Kangeki is an odd looking kid; he is really rather attractive, but he dresses odd. He wears long baggy black pants with a chain hanging off them. He also wears a short sleeved black undershirt with a biker jacket over the shirt. The jacket is long-sleeved and rarely seen zipped.

Personality: Kangeki is a very friendly, out going person. He loves all sorts people and is relatively careless. He also is very respectful to his elders and follows order very well, but he is also a capable leader and very good at directing people under stressful situations. He also tends to be a bit of a ladies man, hitting on just about every other girl around his age. The major downside to his personality is his desire to understand human emotion. He will go to almost any extent to understand someone's emotions. That is why he uses genjutsu to play with other's emotions; its the most effective way for him to understand emotion without having to hurt those he loves. Despite his main method, he sometimes has a lapse and might hurt a friend unintentionally.

History: Kangeki was born and raised in the Village Hidden in the Rain. He lived a relatively normal life for a ninja; entering the academy and finishing at the usual time. He wasn't a spectacular student nor was he terrible. Slightly above average in his studies; he did fairly well in those years. His parents taught them the ways of their clan; learning the genjutsu techniques preferred by his family. He inherited their obsession with human emotion.

Abilities: Kangeki is trained in his families' genjutsu. Kangeki uses his foes greatest fears to create the illusion. For example: if the foe has been through a very traumatic experience then they are forced to relieve the worst moments of their lives. In other instances they may be forced to watch as those they love are tormented in the illusion. Kangeki doesn't limit his techniques to emotional manipulation; he has plenty that inflict pain directly on the enemy. This made him fairly versatile in his fighting techniques. He also has a decent array of fire jutsu to use along with his genjutsu.

Kekkei Genkai Jutsu:

Emotional Disruption/Support Genjutsu: Kangeki is able to change someone's mood to any of his choice. This is a very basic jutsu that his clan is able to use. It has many uses, from providing a friend with a positive outlook, to making a foe unwilling to fight.

Living Nightmare Genjutsu: This is the Itami's clan signature Genjutsu. When this Genjutsu is activated, the target's mind creates the illusion that it sees. The illusion will always be the one thing that the foe fears more than anything. It does not matter if its emotional or physical, indirect or direct, it will always reflect their biggest fear.

Chinese Torcher Genjutsu: The target imagines being tied down, with a never ending drip of water landing on their forehead. The target is driven to insanity and death if not stopped.

Mental Breakdown Genjutsu: The target begins to believe that he/she has extreme amounts of stress and can't do anything about it. The jutsu will literally cause the target to have a 'mental breakdown', making them unable to fight. (Immobilized for one post)




Tools/Weapons: The chain he wears on his pants can extend in length and be used as immobilization an tool. He also carries a large supply of kunai and shuriken.

Weaknesses: Kangeki tries to keep his distance in battle as he is not the greatest at close-combat fighting. He also has a tendency to undermine the serious of a situation and he distracted fairly easily.
