I need your opinions

SS is in a mess and its really my fault. I opened the site before I was prepared and its caused a total stand still. I have a proposition for you all. I shall create an entirely new SS. It will have a different address and layout. The plot will be pre-established and all the high ranking positions will be filled by members before rping starts. I will also be more specific regarding new characters. I will establish a point shop and a limit on the number of characters. Any characters that have been approved on here will automatically be approved there but you will have to follow the initial limit of free characters. I'll probably make the first four characters free. So you may use characters from here or new ones. The plot will be much more active and the layout should be a lot clearer.

But before I make this definite I want to know what all of you think. It is the members that make a forum. So what do you all think? Have any alternatives? Do you like the idea or no?
